Oman Meteorology has predicted the possibility of strong winds, accompanied by rains and thunderstorms in areas surrounding Al Hajjr mountains, including Adam, Nizwa, Bahla, Izki, Jebel Shams, Rustaq, Al Hamra, Nizwa. Sur, Wadi Bani Khalid, Ibra, Ibri and Qalhat. Motorists have been urged to exercise caution while travelling through these areas as visibility will be low due to rising sand.
